Important Notice Regarding Canada Post Strike

UPDATE November 25: Yay! We're shipping again (for the most part). While the Canada Post strike continues, and very likely thereafter, Leg Smart will be shipping orders via UPS. Unfortunately, this means that we can no longer offer flat rate shipping for any orders. I have tried to sync our website's shipping rates as accurately to the UPS rates I'm offered, however it is certainly imperfect and I will provide refunds should the rate you are charged be significantly more than the actual shipping cost. Please note that during the Canada Post strike, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.   

UPDATED:  As of November 15, Canada Post employees have initiated a strike. Unfortunately, this significantly impacts many small businesses, including Leg Smart, and impedes our ability to ship orders. While we will do our best to find alternative shipping solutions where possible*, we regret that we cannot be responsible for delays or failures in delivery resulting from a Canada Post labour disruption.

Order Processing

By placing an order while the Canada Post strike is effective, you are reserving the item(s).  Once the strike concludes, orders will be processed as quickly as possible and delivered to Canada Post for shipping.  Please note that due to the service disruption, delays will occur as Canada Post deals with a backlog of mail.

*In the event that the order would ship via Expedited Parcel (based on order value or size) and it is feasible to ship the order via an alternate parcel company, arrangements may be made to ensure the order is sent.

As of November 3, Canada Post employees are in a legal strike position. In the event of a strike, please be aware that this may significantly impact our ability to ship orders in a timely manner.
